As a President of Operations and Partner, Rick directed key operational functions including sales, marketing, social media, product development, operations, human resources, finance, and contract negotiations.
Rick has over thirteen years of experience in the electronic payments industry and has worked extensively in portfolio management with a focus in underwriting, risk and collections, and agent and merchant support. He has several years of experience with the operation, management and valuation of merchant services business portfolios and the calculation of residuals.
His accomplishments include the growth of Business Payment Systems to 300 offices with 2,500 agents, generating millions in residual revenues. At Factor Funding, Rick took a start-up small business funding operations to $1 million in loans/cash advances, with a 99% payment rate. Rick positions his team as solutions and consultative sellers, combining competitive pricing with quality and value-added propositions. His business model centers on personalized client service, continuous follow-up and customer-focused partnerships. His approach results in high levels of trust and loyalty, which he effectively leverages to grow revenues. His selling skills are complemented by skills in underwriting, risk management, financial management, technical support and account management. Stephanie Blesofsky
Stephanie is highly skilled and accomplished in the electronic payment systems industry. She has been a Director and Executive of Operations for companies including Business Payment Systems, MSP Direct and First Data Merchant Services. Stephanie’s skills are diverse and include operations, accounting, finance, strategic planning, technology, and human resources.
Stephanie began working in the payment services industry as a customer service representative with First Data Merchant Services in 1996. During her six-year career with First Data, she learned various aspects of the industry and worked on numerous projects including serving as a Six Sigma Green Belt. After leaving First Data, she worked with startup and mid-size ISOs and applied her experience by setting up and streamlining processes. She has extensive experience working with agents and merchants, analyzing statements, portfolios and residuals.
As her business development team grows revenues and expands client base to a national presence, Stephanie builds an operational infrastructure to support growth, logistics, customer support, employee development, and technology. Stephanie has the ability to identify trends, prepare business forecasts, and structure operations to meet with changing needs, risks and opportunities.
Stephanie establishes goals and uses Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance on a real-time basis. This approach allows her to take a proactive versus reactive response to problems, while also serving as a baseline for continuous quality improvement. She is extremely skilled in running lean operations, streamlining and re-engineering workflows and using technology to perform data collection/analysis and trending, in support of business growth strategies.
